2. About Our Service

SwitchDD provides a low-value monthly Direct Debit (“DD”) for users who need an active DD for bank-switch bonus eligibility.

When you sign up, a £1 monthly DD is created through Stripe, an FCA-regulated payment processor. Stripe processes all payment information securely — SwitchDD never sees or stores your bank account details.

You may cancel your DD at any time through:

  • your banking app, or

  • our subscription management link provided in your confirmation email.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for unlawful or harmful purposes;

  • attempt to copy, reproduce, or modify Website content without permission;

  • interfere with Website security or functionality.

4. Registration & Account Management

When creating an account, you must ensure all details are accurate.
You agree to update your information if anything changes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • inaccurate information is provided,

  • you misuse the Website, or

  • you breach these Terms.

  • delays caused by banks displaying DD mandates,

  • issues arising from Stripe, your bank, or external services.

SwitchDD provides a low-value DD only — we do not guarantee acceptance of any bank-switch offer.
Eligibility always depends on the rules set by your chosen bank.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your SwitchDD subscription at any time:

  • in your banking app by cancelling the DD, or

  • through your customer subscription portal link, or

  • by emailing us at hello@switchdd.co.uk.

Cancelling the DD stops future payments; no refunds are issued for completed transactions unless required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be posted on this Website. Continuing to use the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
